Reservations and the money

We ask you to pay no later than 14 days after receipt of the order form. Only then is your booking final.

In the event of an exceptionally late booking (less than 1 week before the start of the walk), proof of payment will be requested at the start of the tour.

In case of late payment, the tour will not take place, and the date will no longer be kept free for your group.

To complete your accounting, we will send you an invoice for the guided work performed during the month following the tour.

Paid tours are non -refundable.

You can submit a reservation request via the form on the detail page of each walk.

If you have not understood it on the form, you can also simply send us an email at info@leuveninsideout.com . Please ALWAYS provide a mobile number so that we can contact you for further arrangements.

You can also book by phone:
You call us at +32 16 43 46 92

After the reservation you will receive an order form as confirmation.

The practical stuff

We don’t just say it in Dutch, but also in French, English or German.

In the interest of the group, the number of participants for ready-made walks is limited to 20 people.
You put together your own group.

There is no limit for tailor-made walks.

Nothing and no one can stop us! Rain or shine, we defy snow, rain and wind!! Verily the brave among us!![

You can already see the LIO guide pedaling from afar. In addition to their good mood, they also wear a LIO badge.

The guide always gets the mobile number of the person in charge of the group and vice versa so that you can contact him should a problem arise unexpectedly.

The walks start in the heart of our city: on the Grote Markt, in front of the steps of our Gothic town hall. Unless otherwise stated.

Each walk has a ‘departure’ tab, where we show you the starting point of the tour on a city map.
